Stunning plant, always gets lots of comments here in the spring. Sea Fire sport. Emerges the most striking bright yellow, almost alight. These leaves then darken over the next couple of months to a greenish yellow, then the next flush of leaves is brighter again, giving interesting colour contrast. The leaves fade to a sort of luminous parchment colour late in the season. The flowers are pale mauve, and I think complement the foliage very well. All in all an outstanding variety.
