Product Description
Hosta Silvery Slugproof was introduced by Diana GrenfellĀ I saw the original plant of this variety at Apple Court many years ago, it was surrounded by Hosta Francis Williams that had been eaten to lace by snails, but hadn’t been touched itself, which is where the name came from. I haven’t actually conducted any scientific experiments on this, but it does seem to be among their least favourites! has a lovely flattish leaf with good veining, lighter blue than halcyon and seems to be a touch larger, and at least as vigorous.
