Product Description
My stock of this variety came direct from Alan Lewis himself, who found it, and named it for his daughter (or was it daughter in law? If you read this Alan I hope you are well, and perhaps you will correct me) Apparently it is a sport of a seedling of Halcyon. Looking at the structure of the plant you can see that it grows differently from Halcyon and its sports, the eyes are much tighter together and vary in size. Overall it forms a medium sized Hosta, with thick leaves that emerge almost entirely blue and as the summer wears on it gradually develops a bright gold centre, which of course will be brighter in lighter positions. Has been a very good grower with me, and I recommend it.
