Hosta May is a gold sport of Halcyon. Well, I say gold, but that depends on the position it is grown in. If it is in a fairly bright position, it will be a clear yellow. But if it is in a shadier spot, it will have a blue bloom over the top, giving a very pleasing velvet jade effect.
