Popular gold tinted dwarf pine. Makes a neat little flat topped bush that grows to something like two feet high by three wide eventually. In summer needles are a bluish green colour with a soft pastel yellow tinge, and the yellow increases in brightness with the onset of winter. Works well with alpines, water, rocks, heaths and heathers, stone paving, gravel – in a scree garden or even a oriental type garden. very hardy, best in a well drained sunny position. Sometimes we offer the very similar Pinus mugo Wintersun instead or as well.
