Hosta Austin Dickinson is another wonderful margined introduction from the Lachman stable. A hybrid of plantaginea x Resonance. Attractive bright green leaf with a good cream margin. Its party trick is the scented pale amethyst flower, which has a paler band around it darker stripes inside the trumpet. Rarely offered in the UK.
